Dr. Rudy is a very good dentist. Unfortunately his wife works there. She can be very rude. My wife had an appointment that she was unable to keep. She called several days in advance to cancel. When she called to reschedule, Dr. Rudy's wife told her she could no longer be a patient and that she needed to find a new dentist. She was in the middle of getting an implant. When she asked why, she was told because she'd canceled an appointment. Our whole family has moved our business elsewhere.
